Scheduled on 11 Mar 2026 23:12:29 (UTC+00:00)
Start: 12 March, 06:00
End: 12 March, 12:00 (midday)

We have scheduled maintenance on HYP2 – Supernova between 06:00 and 12:00 on 12th March.

During this window, our team will be replacing a PCIe NVMe riser which we believe may be responsible for the recent intermittent NVMe drive disconnection issues observed on the node.

This proactive hardware replacement is intended to improve stability and prevent further storage interruptions.

Impact:
Services hosted on HYP2 – Supernova (including but not limited to High Performance VPSes and shared hosting infrastructure) may experience downtime during the maintenance window while the hardware replacement is carried out and the system is verified.

We appreciate your patience while we complete this work to ensure continued reliability of our systems.

Update on 24 Oct 2025 10:00:11 (UTC+00:00)
After investigation we have ruled that the safest option is for an on site technician to look at the server itself to determine if a drive failure has occurred.

Due to delays in travel, we expect the engineer to begin work at approximately 3PM today.

Thank you for your support and patience at this time.
